What we offer
The Shepherdess Gym provides an open-air, fun and friendly environment for you to train. Training in groups to motivate and support one another and be the best version of Ewe. We don't have lots of fancy kit, but we do have lots of fun!

1-1 Personal Training
Whatever your training goals we will work together to find a tailored and unique approach to meet your needs, to suit your lifestyle. If you have the space, I am happy to come to you, as well as host at The Shepherdess Gym location.
Bootcamp
Our boot camp sessions provide a sociable and variable approach to fitness, suitable for mixed abilities. Adapting your typical gym exercises to meet the environment.


Circuits
Working through a variety of exercises involving a range of strength and cardio, with the addition of equipment, usually in tyre form. These full-body workouts are designed to improve your all-round fitness. All exercises can be adapted to accommodate any level of fitness, making each class accessible for all levels.
Body Conditioning
Slower paced, body weight focused sessions to improve core strength, mobility, balance and posture.


A low impact full-body workout using a variety of kit aiming to improve overall fitness, strength and endurance. This session is aimed at those just beginning their fitness journey or getting back on track.
