Hey There
"Through lockdown, I became fed up with being stuck indoors so wanted a space to stay active outdoors instead. The space became a haven for me, and as soon as regulations allowed, friends started to join me at a distance. The difference it made for not only my own well-being but also for those choosing to join me, inspired me to take the next step.

I am delighted that I can now share this space with you, and am excited for the journey over the next few years, that together will evolve for you as a client as well as The Shepherdess Gym."
Meet Emma
Emma is our very own Shepherdess helping out on the family farm during busy periods, with a passion for the great outdoors, and not being one to sit around for long. This is what bought around the inspiration to adapt the space available and re-purpose the extensive supply of tyres.

Emma began her training and the idea of The Shepherdess Gym during the first lockdown. In that time she has gained a number of qualifications, with more to come!

Emma fits in her training and qualifications around a busy lifestyle. In 2020 Emma earnt her title as fittest farmer finalist. Her farming credentials come from the work she does on the family sheep farm, especially during the busy lambing period when she is heavily involved. She also relief milks at Laceys Farm at the weekends. And that's not it, Emma also works full time as a well-being advisor where she is also currently working to gain more qualifications. In her spare time Emma enjoys riding her horse Burghley and running, she completed a mere 2021km in 2021.
